Technology

PDF Genie Online is a progressive web application built with Next.js and TypeScript. PDF rendering is powered by Mozilla's PDF.js library, which provides faithful, high-quality page previews. PDF creation and manipulation is handled by pdf-lib, a pure JavaScript library that runs entirely in the browser without any server dependencies.

Files are temporarily stored in your browser's IndexedDB while you work, and are automatically deleted once the editor loads them. No data persists between sessions.
